BUYER QUESTIONS

What to expect before ordering

Why are prices not shown publicly?

Dimensions, material, treatment, tolerance, quantity, inspection, packaging and freight can materially change the export price. A written quotation prevents a placeholder price from being mistaken for an order-ready offer.

Can you match an existing brand or part number?

A reference number helps identify intended geometry. Compatibility is not assumed until the dimensions and functional requirements controlling interchangeability are confirmed.

Do you own the factory?

Privley Mold Components is operated by a Hong Kong trading company. We coordinate sourcing, manufacturing, inspection and shipment with qualified manufacturing partners in China.

How are drawings and BOM files submitted?

Use the RFQ form for the commercial information, then email authorized PDF, STEP, DWG, DXF, XLSX or image files to zyr6863@gmail.com using the same company and part reference.

READY FOR TECHNICAL REVIEW

Send the part, quantity and destination

Start with a product reference, drawing, BOM or sample dimensions. The quotation will state what has been confirmed and what still requires approval.

US & EUROPE BUYER READINESS

RFQs prepared for North American and European buying workflows

Send the technical requirement first. Destination, unit system, freight basis and requested documentation are then carried into the written quotation so engineering, purchasing and customs teams can review the same basis.

01

Metric + inch inputs

Send dimensions in mm, inches, a reference part number, or a controlled drawing. The quotation identifies the unit basis used for the offered item.

02

Destination-led freight

Country, ZIP or postal code, quantity and preferred delivery basis are used to review freight. We do not assume free shipping, fixed duties or a universal landed cost.

03

Customs-ready quote inputs

Country of origin and HS classification are reviewed against the final shipped item and documents where applicable. A web RFQ is not a fixed tariff or customs ruling.

04

EU importer readiness

Importer or customs identifiers can be handled later in the quotation, PI or shipping workflow when required. Sensitive identifiers do not need to be entered in the initial RFQ unless specifically requested.

05

Requested quality documents

Ask for the exact material certificate, inspection record, origin statement or other document your purchasing process needs. Availability and scope are confirmed in writing for the quoted item.

06

Product-specific compliance

REACH, RoHS, CE or other regulatory information is addressed only when relevant to the product, application and destination and when supported by applicable documentation. We do not make blanket certification claims.

Importer, duty, tax and regulatory responsibilities follow the written delivery term and applicable law.

This website provides RFQ coordination information, not customs, tax or legal advice.
